AI Usage & Disclaimer Policy

What AI features do

BuildBench uses OpenAI to assist with websites, code, chatbots, text, documents, and related tasks. AI generates probabilistic suggestions rather than verified facts. Features, models, capabilities, and usage costs may vary. See the provider inventory for service roles and remaining contractual details.

Accuracy and professional advice

AI may invent facts, citations, links, prices, features, and legal terms; omit context; reproduce bias; or generate unsafe or insecure code. Outputs may be outdated or unsuitable for your situation. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional where needed and do not rely on AI alone for decisions affecting safety or legal rights.

Chatbot operation and mistakes

You are responsible for configuring and testing your chatbot, maintaining accurate source information, providing appropriate user disclosures, and monitoring it. Tell users they are interacting with AI and provide a human contact or escalation route suitable for the use case.

A chatbot may misunderstand visitors, reveal unintended context, or give incorrect answers, commitments, discounts, or instructions. Test guardrails, access permissions, and prompt-injection risks. Do not let an unreviewed response bind you to transactions or consequential decisions. A disclaimer does not remove duties you owe visitors or customers.

Review before publication or action

• Verify factual statements, citations, claims about people, and any promised prices or services.
• Test generated code, forms, authentication, payments, accessibility, and security before deployment; use qualified review when risk warrants it.
• Check licenses and intellectual-property rights in text, code, images, trademarks, and other assets.
• Review and authorize agent actions, outreach, external integrations, and spending before they occur. Keep backups and a way to correct or withdraw errors.

Ownership and nonexclusive output

Your rights in inputs and outputs are described in the Terms of Service. AI output may not be protectable by copyright and may resemble output provided to others. Rights in third-party components remain with their owners. BuildBench does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, noninfringement, or a commercial result.

Data, safety, and credits

AI tasks send necessary prompts, files, and chatbot context to OpenAI. Submit only information you are authorized to share and avoid passwords, secret keys, and unnecessary sensitive records. BuildBench does not use user content for advertising or AI training. See the Privacy Policy for access restrictions, service-provider processing, and data requests.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. AI actions consume credits at the disclosed product rates. Technical-failure restorations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Terms’ liability provisions and mandatory-rights exceptions apply.
