Our promise in short
We build tools to help you create, not to harvest your information. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your projects for advertising. This policy explains the little we do handle and why.
Who this applies to
This policy covers buildbench.online and the BuildBench platform. BuildBench is currently not registered as a legal entity in the United States. The service is currently available to users in Pakistan. See also our Terms of Service.
What we handle
We keep this to what is needed to run your account and the platform:
- Account details: your name, email and password (stored in protected form).
- Payment proof: the transfer screenshot you upload so we can verify your payment and activate your account.
- Your projects: the websites, ebooks, resumes, chatbots and other work you create and deploy, which we store and host so they work for you.
- Prompts and answers: the options you pick and instructions you give the AI so it can build and refine your project.
- Support messages: tickets and emails you send us.
- Basic technical data: things like browser type and error logs, used to keep the platform working.
We do not collect more personal data about you than this, and we do not track you across other websites.
Free tools
Our free tools (image tools, calculators, generators, password generator and others) run in your browser. Things you enter into them, such as passwords or images, stay on your device and are not sent to us.
How we use information
- To create your account, verify payment and give you access.
- To build, host, deploy and refine what you create.
- To give support and respond to tickets.
- To keep BuildBench secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To tell you about important changes to your account or these policies.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
AI providers
BuildBench is powered by OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude). To generate your content, the prompts and details needed for a task are sent to these providers. They process the data under their own terms and privacy policies. Please avoid typing sensitive information (like ID numbers or passwords) into AI prompts.
Sharing
We share information only with: (a) our AI providers, as described above; (b) hosting and infrastructure services that run the platform; (c) authorities when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
Anything you deploy to a live site is public by design, so do not publish information you want to keep private. If you collect information from your own visitors (for example through a chatbot or booking page), you are responsible for how you handle it.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what is needed for the platform to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering settings like light or dark mode.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service is perfectly secure. We keep your information while your account is active and for a short period afterwards where needed for payments, security or legal reasons. Payment screenshots are used for verification and not kept longer than needed.
Your choices
- Access, correct or download your information and projects.
- Ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it.
- Ask questions about how your data is handled.

Young users
BuildBench is for people aged 16 and older. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child under 16 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. For important changes we will notify you in the platform or by email.
