Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope and purchase disclosures

Creating an account and your first workspace is free. Joining an invited workspace is also free. Credit packs and additional workspaces are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal; each additional workspace costs PKR 1,000. The purchase screen states the selected credit quantity, price, currency, and applicable charges. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies take priority over this policy.

One-time purchases and stopping use

There is no recurring subscription to cancel for credit packs or additional workspaces. You can stop using the service or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion and workspace deletion are separate from asking for a refund, and do not themselves make a completed purchase refundable.

Purchased credits do not expire. The workspace owner funds the credits consumed by authorized team members. Export supported projects before deleting your account. If you need help with a payment or purchase, contact [email protected].

Refunds and billing errors

• Credit purchases: completed purchases, including unused credits, are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or BuildBench approves an exception.
• Additional workspaces: the completed PKR 1,000 one-time purchase is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund.
• Mandatory remedies: these rules do not remove rights concerning services not supplied as agreed, defective performance, unauthorized charges, or other legally protected claims.

For a refund request or duplicate, mistaken, or disputed payment, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction date and reference, amount, and a description. Redact unrelated financial information. We will investigate, explain the decision, and provide any remedy legally owed. Contacting us does not limit your bank or statutory dispute rights.

Failed AI actions and credit restoration

If an AI generation fails because of a technical error and credits were deducted, contact support with the project/action reference, approximate time, and error details. We will review the action and restore credits deducted for a confirmed technical failure. This is credit restoration rather than an automatic cash refund; mandatory legal remedies remain available. Output needing edits or differing from your preferences is not by itself a technical failure.

Payments and activation

Transfer payment to the Allied Bank Limited account shown in BuildBench’s payment instructions, using a compatible bank or transfer service. The receiving account is in Pakistan and prices are shown in PKR. Card payments are not accepted. The available transfer method does not itself impose a nationality restriction on users or prohibit international payments.

Upload the requested payment screenshot. Credits or an additional workspace are activated after manual review and approval, typically in approximately 4-5 hours. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Redact unrelated details and never send passwords, PINs, or card security codes.

Any approved or legally required refund will be confirmed with its amount and available method. Settlement depends on the banking channel; no fixed settlement period is promised.

Termination and account closure

Suspension or termination does not eliminate mandatory refund rights. Export available projects before access ends and review the Terms and retention policy for account closure effects.
