Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and responsibility

This policy applies to accounts, prompts, generated outputs, uploads, deployed sites, chatbots, agents, APIs where offered, and team activity. You are responsible for your authorized use, lawful publication, and reasonable oversight of people you invite. AI generation does not excuse prohibited activity.

Illegal, deceptive, and harmful content

• Do not facilitate illegal activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, fake stores, deceptive fundraising, or forged evidence and credentials.
• Do not create, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate material, or content that sexualizes minors.
• Do not publish hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative content, or promote violence, terrorism, or abuse.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights; publish stolen personal data; or conduct unlawful surveillance.
• Do not generate deceptive impersonations or misrepresent chatbot output as verified human expertise.

Security, access, and resource abuse

• Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, compromise systems, exploit other customers, or gain unauthorized access.
• Do not evade payment, credit limits, rate limits, access controls, suspensions, or safety measures; conduct denial-of-service attacks; or abuse resources through unauthorized automation.
• Do not sell or share unauthorized account access, extract proprietary platform code, or reverse engineer except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not perform intrusive security testing without written authorization. Follow the vulnerability reporting policy for safe reporting.

AI, outreach, and personal data

Do not use AI tools for unlawful discrimination, deceptive automated decision making, or dangerous instructions intended to cause harm. Do not make consequential decisions about a person solely from unreviewed AI output. Do not submit secrets or sensitive data without a lawful purpose, appropriate safeguards, and any necessary agreement.

Do not send spam, scrape or contact people unlawfully, or use Find Clients or agents to bypass consent and messaging rules. Respect recipients’ opt-outs and third-party service terms.

Team and publication controls

Only grant permissions you are authorized to grant. Do not access another member’s private resources, misuse administrator privileges, or publish client material without permission. Review forms, chatbot disclosures, domain settings, generated code, and privacy notices before deployment.

Enforcement, reports, and appeals

We may investigate credible reports, restrict outputs or content, suspend sites or accounts, or terminate for material or repeated violations. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow correction; urgent risks and legal restrictions may require immediate action. Measures should be proportionate to severity and risk.
